Digital Marketing Internship

The primary focus of this role is to assist with the development and execution of marketing plans. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative virtual marketing intern with a passion for learning by doing, and excited about helping a business that is set on helping people in need to gain access to life-enhancing and life-saving treatments.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

Because this is an Internship, we expect that while you will bring some level of knowledge in marketing, moreover you will have an opportunity to learn, grow, apply your knowledge while acquiring real-world experience:
  • Fundamental Knowledge of various types of marketing and their applications
  • Fundamental Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Fundamental Knowledge of Graphics Designing would be an advantage
  • Basic to Intermediate Knowledge of social media / digital marketing 
  • Fundamental knowledge of website management
  • Good judgment skills to manage workflow and set priority issues to the Marketing
  • Ability to work remotely. The presence of the corresponding infrastructure is mandatory.

Qualifications & Other Skills

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or an MBA with a marketing concentration
  • Project management skill is a plus
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, diagnostic and health science-related industries not required, but a plus
  • Must be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent English writing and oral skills including email, white papers, presentations, press releases, etc.
  • Spanish (oral & written) also a plus
  • Passion for marketing and the spirit of learning.
Job Location: Virtual
Time Required: Part-time with flexibility (10-20 hours / week)
